The 64-year-old star of film and music has had a hugely successful career spanning five decades.

The multi-talented beauty has no plans to slow down now shes getting older, and appears in upcoming movie Burlesque alongside singer-and-actress Christina Aguilera, due for release in the US later this month.

Cher attributes her long-lasting Hollywood career to her tenacious attitude, admitting her willpower is probably her best quality as shes suffered numerous setbacks over the years and remained strong.

I feel like a bumper car. If I hit a wall, Im backing up and going in another direction. And Ive hit plenty of f**king walls in my career. But Im not stopping. I think maybe thats my best quality: I just dont stop, she told Vanity Fair.

The star also praised her eldest child Chaz Bono for his bravery in undergoing a sex change. The 41-year-old was born the daughter of Cher and her former husband Sonny Bono, although underwent gender treatment to become a man. Cher is immensely proud of how Chaz handled the situation, and admits she wouldnt have been able to cope half as well.

If I woke up tomorrow in a guys body, I would just kick and scream and cry and f**king rob a bank, because I cannot see myself as anything but who I am a girl. I would not take it as well as Chaz has. I couldnt imagine it, she confessed. (C) Cover Media
