(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Christina Aguileras divorce to Jordan Bratman has been finalised.

The divorce went through this morning in California, 6 months after the required waiting period.

The American singer, 30, filed the documents in October of last year.

The pair who have 3-year-old Max together - married in November 2005 and separated last fall.

The songstress was soon spotted on the arm of 25-year-old Matt Rutler, who was an assistant on the set of her most recent film Burlesque.

Christina has had a tumultuous few months following the end of her five-year-marriage to the music executive, 33. The star fluffed her lines during her National Athem performance at the Super Bowl in February. Last month Christina and Matt were arrested on alcohol-related charges. She was cited for public intoxication, whilst he was charged with DUI.

Christina and Jordan have never publically discussed why their relationship failed, but have vowed to stay friends for the sake of their young son (C) Cover Media
