Drew Barrymore is apparently making urgent plans to get married after reports that she is expecting her first baby.

The former wild child got engaged to fianc Will Kopelman late last year and was seen with a picture of an ultrasound late last month, leading to speculation she is pregnant.

Star magazine claims Drew wants to become a wife before she welcomes her child into the world.

"Drew is over the moon about the baby," a friend told the publication. "But she wants a husband too."

"Although she's always been a bit of a wild child, at heart she's old-fashioned. She wants to pull together the perfect wedding in the next few months."

According to the magazine, the 37-year-old has been engrossing herself in wedding and pregnancy books and picking out wedding dresses and things for the baby.

"It's stressful!" the pal added. "But she can't wait to be Mrs. Kopelman."

Drew has been married twice before to Jeremy Thomas and Tom Green both of which were short-lived marriages.

But she believes that she has finally found true love and the stable family life that she has always craved.

"I'm as in love with his family as I am with him," she has gushed about her in-laws.
