In the session court, prosecutor Pradeep Gharat refused actor Salman Khan's statement that he had been drinking water at Juhu restaurant on the night of 2002 mishap. 

A restaurant staff earlier told in the court that the group of which Salman was part of had ordered Bacardi and cocktails and Khan had been drinking a clear liquid and the result of drinking this clear liquid is 62 mg of alcohol in the blood. Gharat said that the entire defence was a false implication.

Salman Khan, who is accused of 2002 Hit and Run case at Bandra is still ongoing the debate until final statement.
