(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry has gone to court again today to renegotiate his parental rights.

Halle and Gabriel have three-year-old daughter Nahla together. Halle and Gabriel separated in 2010 and have since had several visits to court in an ongoing custody battle.

Gabriel's lawyer went to court in Los Angeles this morning to request that the family court judge alter the most recent guardianship agreement he made with Halle in August.

The pair struck a deal on who gets custody of Nahla while Halle shoots a movie abroad. Although Gabriel is happy with the time allotted for him to spend with Nahla, he is not satisfied with one specific clause in general.

Gabriel must have a nanny present when he spends time with his daughter. Gabriel wants this stipulation removed by the judge.

Gabriel's lawyer, Gary Fishbein argued for the model's case this morning and Halle's counsel powerhouse family law attorney Neal Hersh was there to counter.

The judge has taken the matter under consideration, but has yet to reach a final decision on the matter.
