After leaving an impact with 'Parmanu: The story of Pokhran', John Abraham's next looks a heavy dose of patriotism with the aim of cleaning the corrupt of the nation. The trailer also stars Manoj Bajpayee as a cop and debutant Aisha Sharma as John's love interest. John seems raw, robust, angry and fierce and here we have the Indian Punisher with his muscular approach finishing off the corrupt termites.
Here unlike every other film, the antagonist is the honest cop doing his duty, Manoj Bajpaaye says,"Kaanon ko haath mein lena kanoon ka kaam hai." While a pretty romantic angle is reflected when Aisha says, "Tumhari aankhein kisi killer ki nahi hai."
The trailer begins with John's entry as he says,"Ab Sach Mein acche din ah gaye" mocking down BJP's election campaign tagline. Click here to watch the official trailer.
The trailer also showcases pain from the past as how his father who was an honest police officer framed and killed by his corrupt mates. John is a strong trained rebellion who now has to face the most talented cop on this mission and Manoj Bajpaaye comes on his way pointing a gun.
The trailer is gaining praises all over the internet and the anticipation for the Independence Day has just got double. Helmed by Milap Zaveri, Satyamev Jayte is slated on August 15 along with Akshay Kumar starrer 'Gold'. This clash would be interesting to see as both films look promising.
