Well, though Imran Khan was launched in the industry by his Maamu Jaan's production venture 'Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na', the actor has yet not had the privilege to share screen space with the 'Perfectionist' Aamir Khan. 

And now, this long time dream of Imran will come true, as filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani has signed Imran to play second fiddle to Aamir in his upcoming film 'P.K' that also stars Anushka Sharma. 

Reportedly, Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh were also offered the role but none wanted to play second fiddle to Aamir. Bhanja Imran, however, could not say 'No'. Apparently, it was Aamir who suggested Imran's name to Hirani. 

The shooting of the film will begin this year end.
