Sometime the KFCC uses its brain. When four films got released last week it was deaf and dumb. Three of the four have washed out now. For this week it was five in the advertisements but late on Wednesday evening the KFCC intervened and allowed three Kannada films could hit the silver screen. With poor results for Rangappa Hogbitna, 1 Day and very miserable 'Suicide' it is only 'Kote' that survived. This Friday three films – Veera Bahu, 5 Idiots and Naavu Namma Hendthiru are all set. Among the three – Veera Bahu has bright chances because of action hero Vijay and talented Nidhi Subbaiah. S Mahender directing this film is also senior with 30 films to credit and Sandesh Nagaraj has invested huge on this film. Naavu Nam Hendthiru is a comedy flick with exchange of wives in a small shade is directed by Seetharam Karanth for Bhoomi films. Harish Raj, Ashwini, Aksha Shetty and others are in the cast of this film. The third for the week is '5 Idiots' but it is made by three producers. The careless and jobless youths hunt for overnight affluence and kidnap a rich girl. They hide in a house for various turns. Anand is debut director from this film. He is also playing a role with four other idiots Vasu, Prasanna, Namratha Hegde and Naveen Krishna.
