(Cover) - EN Star Style - Jessie J says her high-heeled shoes are a performance hazard.

The 23-year-old singer and songwriter is famed for her quirky sense of style and dramatic make-up.

Jessie has revealed that her sky-scraper heels have caused her some trouble on stage, but she always manages to style it out.

"I tripped over recently when I was performing at a gig. My shoes were so high that I fell over but I just changed the lyrics of the song to make it fit!" she quipped in an interview with Shout magazine. "I also kneel down a lot when I'm performing and end up catching a shoe on the back of my other shoe and falling forward. But I just do it enough times so that it looks like part of the dance routine!"

Jessie has recalled some of her fashion disasters. The raven-haired star insists she isn't looking forward to photos of her surfacing dressed in unflattering attire.

"I also used to live in GAP jumpers with those plastic flowers in my hair that everyone used to wear. And I'd wear tracksuit bottoms all the time I'm sure those pictures are going to come out at some point," she explained. (C) Cover Media
