The 33-year-old US rapper was just one of the big names performing at the iconic SXSW event, which takes place annually in Austin, Texas.
On Saturday night celebrities including P. Diddy and tennis ace Andy Roddick along with his model-and-actress wife Brooklyn Decker turned up at the Vevo Power Plant to enjoy the Vevo Presents: G.O.O.D. Music concert, which went on until the early hours of the morning.
Many fans had been queuing up to see Kanye perform since the early afternoon, and he eventually took to the stage at around 2.30 am. The musician was joined in the arena by John Legend, and later by rap star Jay-Z. The pair performed H.A.M together, as well as impressing fans with a medley of other hits they both feature on. When the tune for Swagga Like Us kicked in, Kanye had a slight setback though.
"I forgot that one," he confessed to the crowd.
Other Kanye hits which went down well with the concert-goers included Runaway, Dark Fantasy and Can't Tell Me Nothing.
The SXSW festival celebrates film, technological advancements and music, and always attracts a host of big names. Other top stars from the world of music to perform at the Vevo Power Plant included Common, Kid Cudi and Mos Def. (C) Cover Media
