Karan Johar's 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein' being directed by Punit Malhotra, has been more in the news with Shahid Kapoor backing out of the project citing reasons of being unhappy with the script. And Sonam Kapoor, who was the initial choice for the female lead, too skipping the project for not being keen to work with ex-boyfriend Punit.

Now that Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan have been on-board with the project and the shooting of the movie has already begun, there has been more news on the film, with the latest on Kareena's character in the movie.

Kareena will be playing a simpleton, an NGO worker, and the actress had to go totally deglam for this role in the movie. Based on sources close to the production, Bebo will be seen wearing mostly traditional attires like kurtis, salwar kameez - coupled with a bindi and very light make-up.

The actress will have a simple hairstyle with a plait or a ponytail. To further enhance the character and make the most of Kareena's light gorgeous eyes, her character would be seen wearing kajal.
