This had to be the biggest headline in tinsel town today. Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has reportedly replaced Kajol in a big banner film.

Apparently, she has replaced Kajol in Ram Madhvani's next film which will be an adaptation of the Dutch TV series 'Penoza'. The film was to be co-produced by Kajol's hubby, actor Ajay Devgn.

But now not only Kajol, but Ajay too has disassociated himself from the project. The formalities couldn't be worked out and hence Kajol's yet another comeback is doomed.

After the birth of her son Yug, the actress took a four year sabbatical from work but in the last few months she has been going through many scripts as she was ready to make a comeback.

But now it seems that fans will have to wait a little longer as she has decided to walk out of this film as well. Now the filmmaker has approached Kareena to play the lead in the adaptation.

The story is of the protagonist who steps into the world of crime to protect her three children and track down their father's killer after the murder of her mafiosi husband.Grapevine has it that the light-eyed-actress has liked the basic plot and is contemplating doing the film.
