(Cover) - EN Showbiz - LeAnn Rimes's fence at her California home has been hit by a drunk driver.

The incident happened in the early hours of this morning while the country singer was travelling to North Carolina.

The 20-year-old unnamed man plowed through the fence at her luxury mansion in Hidden Hills, RadarOnline are reporting.

"Some kid crashed through her fence this morning," an eyewitness said. "It looked pretty bad. There were about six cop cars and the police took the kid away."

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department confirmed the accident but said an official police report would not be available for a few days.

"It was a 20-year-old driver, and it appears that he was under the influence but we haven't gotten toxicology back yet," Sergeant Vivian May

It is unknown if LeAnn's husband Eddie Cibrian or her two step-children Jake and Mason were home when the incident happened. (C) Cover Media
