(Cover) - EN Movies - Lindsay Lohan has not been sentenced to spent additional time in jail for taking a necklace from a jewellery store, American website TMZ reports.

The actress will have to complete the 120 days of arrest she has been given for violating the terms of her probation, but will be allowed to do the time at home with an electronic monitoring device.

Realistically, it is expected that her sentence will amount to 14 days, during which the 24-year-old wont be allowed to leave her house, not even for community service.

The mild sentencing follows a plea of no contest to misdemeanor theft, which Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Holley filed today.

Judge Stephanie Sautner also ruled that once the troubled star has completed her 480 hours of community service, her probation will terminate.

Lindsay must also attend psychological counseling and a shoplifters alternative class. (C) Cover Media
