(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan says the happiest time of her life was when she found out she would star in The Parent Trap.

The former Disney star has not been having a very happy time lately as she has been plagued by family and legal issues. She is currently under house arrest after pleading no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace.

Although things are hard at the moment she can remember fun times, citing the moment her career took off as a particular highlight.

"There have been lots of happy moments, but when I got The Parent Trap, I was so excited. I was jumping up and down on the bed," she told British OK! Magazine when asked about the happiest time in her life. "I was so ecstatic!"

The Disney film, which also starred Dennis Quaid and the late Natasha Richardson, propelled the actress into stardom.

The 24-year-old also revealed she wishes she had a more patient personality. "I've no patience at all! I like to get things done, go fast and multi-task," she laughed.

Lindsay career has been suffering lately but she is rumoured to be in the running for the lead role in a remake of 70s horror film Carrie. The film, which was based on a Stephen King novel, starred Sissy Spacek as a teenage outcast tormented by her peers.
