(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan longs to be able to "cry blood" because it would make her emotional response "much more effective".
The 25-year-old actress made the statement while watching American television series True Blood. The show details the co-existence of vampires and humans in a fictional town in the state of Louisiana.
The vampires expel blood from their tear ducts in the popular series, and Lindsay wishes her emotional response had such dramatic results.
"I wish I could cry blood. It would be so much more effective," she wrote on her Twitter page.
Lindsay is currently enjoying the Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winning TV show. The star is always frustrated by the cliff-hanger endings the show is famous for though.
"it's so mean how #trueblood always ends.... i want more (sic)!" she added.
Meanwhile, Stephen Moyer has been giving his opinion on True Blood's fourth series. The British actor has starred as vampire Bill Compton in the HBO hit since 2008.
His character has a turbulent romantic relationship with Sookie Stackhouse in the drama, including his infidelity with his maker Lorena.
Stephen says Bill needs to "vamp up" when it comes to his romantic liaisons.
"This season has been difficult for Bill, because it's been all about how he's having to learn from his previous mistakes," he told Entertainment Weekly.
"If there's one thing he could learn, it's that it may hurt to tell the truth, but in the long run it's better to tell it straight up rather than hide it. Bill has to man-up - or rather, vamp-up - and do the right thing." (C) Cover Media
