The American actress wore a particular scent during filming for 1996 movie Stealing Beauty, the romance where she portrayed Lucy Harmon.

Liv, 33, loved the scent so much that she has been attempting to retrace the perfume, although her attempts have been unsuccessful.

When I make a movie, I wear a specific perfume for that character. For Stealing Beauty I wore a sweet scent and I loved it. I saved it forever but it just disintegrated. Ive searched for it ever since, she told the British edition of Marie Claire.

I love it when someone has that one smell that belongs to them subtle in the day and a bit more at night.

Liv who became the spokesperson for Givenchy perfume and cosmetics in 2003 is clearly a fan of signature scents. The brunette beauty admits she dabs fragrance in the most unusual of places, to ensure she gets an overall scent.
