Madonna shocks' support act

7th June 2012

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Madonna's new stage show is "amazing" because "there's so much going on".

The singer's MDNA concert tour kicked off in Tel Aviv last week, and is being opened by French DJ Martin Solveig.

The musician says Madonna's performances are quite a spectacle.

"I'm doing the opening so this is a completely different thing and so I discovered the whole show," he told MTV News. "I was really amazed and shocked and there's so much going on."

Martin is joining Madonna for several shows on her tour, which includes performances in Europe, the Middle East and America. The DJ is eager to present his music to the masses.

"To see the music that we made in the studio all of a sudden play to a massive audience with all those productions and sets, dancers," he mused. "Coming from France... we do shows and stuff, but it's not to that level. For me it's a shock."

Martin worked on Madonna's MDNA album, including the lead single, Give Me All Your Luvin' featuring Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.

He has previously gushed about Madonna's relentless work ethic.

"We were working with no limits. I think the only thing that she said when we started was, 'I just want people to be able to dance to my music and connect easily with my music,' and also probably to take some risks at some point," he previously explained. (C) Cover Media
