Kamal Hassan is another superstar who has not only done some critically acclaimed moves but given some commercial hits too. So after Rajnikanths Endhiran was released in three different languages have become a roaring success, the other south Indian superstar is ready to follow the suit by shooting his arrows of love in three languages. The film Manmadan Ambu meaning Cupids Arrow will be released in three different languages simultaneously, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

This romantic comedy has been spearheaded by Hassan himself though it is being directed by K.S. Ravikumar, but the 56year old actor is involved in this film quite well. At the music launch party held in Singapore it was evident that the superstar is quite elated to be part of the project.

The film also sees other South Indian well known actors and actresses like R. Madhavan, Trisha Krishnan in the lead and Ramesh Arvind, Manju Pillai, Sangeetha and Oviya are supporting these three protagonists. In the film Hassan plays the role of a private investigator, he is hired by Madhavan to see whether Trisha loves him or not.

The complexities in the life that leads to the comedy in the film is when Kamal goes after Trisha while she is shooting for a film, Kamals love life is on the verge of going for a toss. As Sangeetha who plays Hassans love starts worrying about her better halfs engagement with Trisha. Things solve only when Madhavan intervenes and explains the situation to Sangeetha.

The film promises of beautiful landscape of the Mediterranean as a chunk of the film has been shot in the 'Mediterranean Cruise'. Manmadan Ambu is scheduled for a Dec 23 release making it one of the last released films of the year.
