(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Richie Sambora is hunting for his future ex-wife.

The lead guitarist of rock band Bon Jovi has jokingly revealed he is ready to settle down again. Richie is no stranger to being a husband, having married actress Heather Locklear in 1994. She filed for divorce in February 2006 citing irreconcilable differences, and it was finalised in 2007.

The guitarist says he is now looking for someone to spend the rest of his life with.

Im on the search for my future ex-wife. I'm just looking for the right person to have more children [with]," he told People. "I think it just hits you.

Richie had a highly-publicised romance with American actress Denise Richards following his split from Heather, and now feels ready to start a new relationship.

He has 13-year-old daughter Ava with Heather, and would love to expand his brood if he found that special someone.

"I just love being a dad. There's nothing like a love for our children. I love being a papa, and that's the truth, he said. (C) Cover Media
