Rule to tame artists!

The Karnataka film Chamber of Commerce is coming out with a few plans to tame the artist's fraternity in the interest of the producers.
The escape of artists for the promotion of their own films is what irked the rule makers at KFCC. To bring them in right order and get involved in the publicity of the film they act the KFCC is putting out guidelines.
This order will be passed soon at the executive council meeting. The producers from this rule would benefit and while signing the agreement on how many occasions the artists should come to producer call and take part in the publicity campaigns will be decided soon.
Recently Shivarajakumar has set an example by moving around Karnataka for 'Mylari' film taking up processions and meetings. Shivarajakuamr took his own initiative to work for publicity of the film.
In the case of other artists they won't turn up for the main audio functions.
