Bollywood handsome hunk John Abraham apparently injured himself while shooting an action sequence for his upcoming project 'Shootout At Wadala'.If sources are to be believed, the 39-year-old actor tore a ligament and is currently suffering from hair-line fracture in his foot. 

The action sequence was too tough and John was aiming to deliver it right in the first take, reveals a source close to the actor. John is now restricted by his doctors to shoot and has to undergo a six day bed rest. 

Nonetheless, John would now take at least a week to recuperate from the injury. Well, this is not the first time that John has got injured during a shoot. Few days back, John suffered a nose injury while shooting for an action sequence for the same film.

John says, "It was my decision to take up this genre and action heroes do hurt themselves. So it’s a part and parcel of the game."
