Sugarland have been ordered to testify about last year's Indiana State Fair disasters by next month.
The Grammy-winning country western duo is comprised of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush.
In August 2011 seven people were killed and nearly four dozen injured when turbulent winds caused the stage to collapse just minutes before they were set to perform at the Indiana State Fair just minutes before the band was set to perform.
USA Today reports that Superior Court Judge Theodore Sosin is presiding over the case against Mid-America Sound Corp, the company that built the roof, rigging and sound equipment that collapsed.
Counsel for Mid-America requested that depositions begin Monday, but Sugarland's attorneys bid for May, as the band is preparing for a tour.
The judge found middle ground Friday and ordered that Jennifer and Kristian submit dates and times that they are able to testify between April 1 and April 15.
Jennifer has previously expressed her grief about the tragedy.
"There are no words to process a moment of this magnitude and gravity," Jennifer lamented in a lengthy statement around the time of the event. "There are only prayers for peace in the hearts of the bereft, and prayers of thanksgiving for those who were spared or safe. A piece of our heart is left in that grandstand.
"We wish to pass along our most sincere thanks for the messages of love, prayer and support from our fan family."
