Take That will spend a few days recovering from the trip and enjoying the idyllic setting before they perform a 90-minute show for an intimate audience believed to comprise 20 music bosses including Simon and their families.

The lads have had arguably the best year in their 20-year history, and bosses wanted to celebrate with a truly memorable party. Its all top secret, a source told British newspaper The Daily Mirror.

No ones been told the precise venue yet just that it will be beach-side, somewhere on the west coast. The boys are really looking forward to it and will use the evening to showcase some ideas for next years tour.

They wont just be standing up and crooning a few ballads. Its going to be a huge production, no expense spared.

Guests will be treated to Dom Prignon champagne and an array of locally sourced canaps, before they sit down to a lavish three-course meal. Take That will appear on stage at around 10.30pm and play until midnight, when the group will lead the audience in singing Auld Lang Syne to welcome in 2011. Their performance will be followed by an impressive fireworks display worth 70,000. (C) Cover Media
