Fans of Mahesh Babu have to wait for 48 more hours, as their favourite star's Sankaranthi release "The Businessman", which was earlier scheduled to hit the screens on 11th January is postponed to 13th January.

The reason is said to be the failure of the film's unit to complete the post production process on time. 'Works are currently on in a full swing and expected to be completed at the earliest,' sources say.

Produced by R Venkat and directed by Puri Jagannath, the film would hit the screens in Tamil and Malayalam languages but release dates for those versions have not yet been announced so far.

Expectations are running high on the movie, since Mahesh Babu's last venture "Dookudu" was a great hit and broke all records. Kajal Agarwal is playing Mahesh's love interest in "The Businessman".
