While the likes of Kareenas and Katrinas are hogging headlines, there is Vidya Balan who is bagging accolades and awards one after another. And this has added much power to her star status that has reached its peak post the success of her last release "The Dirty Picture".

And now that she is gearing for the release of her next film "Kahaani"  the makers are leaving no stones unturned to make sure that they are successfully able to carry forward her hit streak. It is said that director Sujoy Ghosh will be reshooting some portions of the film to make it more edgy and sharp. While the director hasn’t confirmed the story he did confess that they are heavily banking on Vidya’s renewed super stardom. “I think appreciation for Vidya has gone through the roof and that will certainly ensure an opening audience for "Kahaani". And I guarantee you, she won't let them down.
