It has been officially announced that Ajay has signed a sizzling deal worth 400 crore with Star India for the exclusive satellite rights of his upcoming Bollywood films till 2017.
His films that released recently have not only bagged a humongous amount for the satellite rights, but have also garnered maximum view on television. Ajay's films have now become the biggest profitable ventures and he holds an indisputable position in the television industry
His last release 'Son of Sardaar' which recently premiered on Star Gold got an astronomical rating of 5.1, beating the records of films like 'Singham', 'Bodyguard', 'Housefull 2' and 'Bol Bachchan'.
Through this deal, a minimum of ten films will be screened on their array of channels, Sajid Khan's forthcoming film 'Himmatwala' being the first. This will be followed by Prakash Jha's 'Satyagraha' and his films with Prabhu Deva, Rohit Shetty and others.
