A big game in Bollywood and the sports fraternity, the Indian Premiere League (IPL) season 6 starts today. A match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Delhi Daredevils (DD) will be held in Kolkata.

While most say that Shah Rukh Khan is using the IPL to promote his next, it is also rumored that Akshay Kumar is following suit as his film 'Once Upon a time in Mumbaai 2' (OUATIM 2) releases on the same day as 'Chennai Express' which is on Eid.

Since the entire team of 'OUATIM 2' will be flying to Kolkata to watch the match, Akshay stated that he going to watch the match as he loves the sport and there is no such competition between the two films as rumored.

"I don't believe anyone can curb anything. I don't know where all these reports are coming from. I've always kept away from controversies, I'm only interested in making this film as best as possible. I don't get into murky things; I work with a positive attitude in life," said Akshay.

He further added, "I am going today to watch the first IPL match. I love cricket and the entire team of the film will be there."

For the last few years, Salman Khan has always booked the festive day for his films. But his next for this year titled 'Mental', will not be ready in time, hence he has left the date vacant.
