The makers of 'Amavas' a horror drama featuring Nargis Fakhri and Sachiin Joshi in the lead dropped its official trailer. It begins showcasing the chemistry of Sachiin and Nargis as lovers who plan for a trip over the weekend, but land up in some eerie and haunted mansion. Though the entire trailer had only Nargis and Sachiin all over and we wished we could witness quite a few characters that catered interest.

Also a possessed Nargis was not really that the fans wanted. Going by trailer we couldn't get much of the story in terms of the plot. Although scary jumps and vfx effects were the highlights of it. This would be a whole new genre for Nargis Fakhri as she fits well as an innocent young lady stuck in the jibe of a horror mansion. Click here to watch 'Amavas' official trailer.

Moreover, the film is shot in London with a start-to-finish 40-day schedule. It is produced by Viiking Media and Entertainment in association with Simply West UK and Weeping Grave. Directed by Bhushan Patel of '1920 Evil Returns', 'Ragini MMS 2' and 'Alone', the film stars Vivan Bhathena, Navneet Kaur Dhillon along with Mona Singh and Ali Asgar.

The film is set to hit the screens on January 11, 2019, and will clash with Vicky Kaushal starrer 'Uri'.
