Actor Arun Vijay paid a visit to the Thiruvannamalai temple for the success of his forthcoming film 'Thadaiyara Thaakka'. It has been a sentiment for the actor to visit the temple before each movie, which has turned out lucky for him.

He couldn't do so before the commencement of this film, as the first schedule started off with the pooja at Palani and continued at Chennai for a longtime.

Almost 40 percent of the filming has been completed. Due to the date issues with Prachi Desai, the heroine, there was a break in the schedule. Things have now been sorted out, and the next schedule is about to start in a few days, which will go on continuously.

The replacement for Prachi has been made and will be announced soon. Arun Vijay is confident that the movie would take him to greater heights. He plays a macho-man in the film. He has hit the gym hard and developed six-pack abs.
