The makers of 'Baazaar' are out with its official trailer featuring Saif Ali Khan as Shakun Kothari a businessman who only believes in goals and numbers. There is no place for ethics and emotions as it is only about Maths; Saif slays with his dialogues representing some facts of stock trading.
The trailer begins with Saif having a conversation with his colleague who warns him to go slow while he makes him realise that nobody remembers a Marathon runner but a 100m world champion Usain Bolt. We are then introduced to Rizwan Ahmed an Allahabad University student essayed by Rohan Mehra, a passionate aspiring newbie whose role model is Shakun Kothari. It's interesting how their life entwines. We only get a glimpse of Radhika Apte and Chitrangada Singh as Shakun's wife. Click here to watch Baazaar official trailer.
The role suits Saif in quite of his Nawabi charm but more importantly, he is right with the Gujarati dialect. The trailer looks promising and would surely give some insight on how the stock market world works.
Speaking about the film writer Nikkhil Advani said during film's trailer launch, "We are just looking for the right day. I know Bazaar will always be the No. 2 film. Saif, in the lull that he is going through now post Chef, post Kaalakandi, I know the film that I am making is going to be the No. 2 film, and I can say that from the rooftops."
Helmed by Gauravv K. Chawla, 'Baazaar' is slated to release on 26th October.
