December 16, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Hollywood actor Brad Pitt, who is otherwise very stylishly turned out for any event, made a fashion disaster during his actress partner Angelina Jolies movie premiere held in Rome. According to reports, Angelina Jolie accompanied partner Brad Pitt to the premiere screening of her latest Hollywood flick The Tourist in a Rome theater on the 15th of December. And guess what our favorite Hollywood star was photographed wearing as he was walking the red carpet in Rome? Well, Brad Pitts head was covered with a black beret!
Now how many Hollywood actors have you seen who choose a beret for an accessory? Not many we guess, and at least not the A-listers of the US film industry. So how could Brad Pitt make such a fashion faux pas? Our take is that he was trying to make Angelina Jolie look more beautiful than she does these days! Others are of the opinion that Brad Pitt just forgot that he was in the twenty first century, he wanted to sport the fashion of the 1970s and that is why he wore a black beret! We have known that northern Spaniards often used a beret to cover their heads, so did Brad Pitt get Italy confused with Spain? All Brad Pitt needs now is a good stylist.
On a more positive note, Angelina Jolies latest venture The Tourist may have bombed at the box office but that did not stop the Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck production from getting nominated at the Golden Globe awards.
