(Cover) - EN Showbiz - John Travolta's initial accuser has been advised to seek another attorney.
The man who filed a lawsuit against the Oscar nominated actor under the alias "John Doe #1" has been dropped by his lawyer Okorie Okorocha.
The unnamed masseuse is one of three men who have accused John of sexual battery and making inappropriate advances towards them. The litigants have asked for $2 million in their cases.
The accuser alleged that the harassment took place in Los Angeles on January 16. John's attorney Marty Singer came up with proof that the actor was in New York City that day.
Although John Doe #1 attributed the botched dates to a "miscalculation", apparently attorney Okorie no longer desires to act as his counsel.
"Okorocha did not feel he could represent John Doe #1 going forward anymore and recommend him finding another lawyer," a source told Radar Online. "He is still representing John Doe #2 other alleged victims who are possibly coming forward."
The actor has denied all allegations against him and his lawyer Marty has stated that the accusations are "absurd." (C) Cover Media
