(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Halle Berry has been granted a three-year civil restraining order against the man charged with stalking her.

The 44-year-old actress was granted the order by Los Angeles Superior Court judge Carol Boas Goodson earlier today.

Richard Franco, who was arrested at her Hollywood mansion on July 11, is required to stay at least 100 yards away from the Oscar winner and her three-year-old daughter Nahla.

Halle said she was left "extremely frightened" after Richard allegedly trespassed on her property three times in as many days by jumping over the wall of her home.

Richard is currently in custody charged with felony stalking and burglary and has been ordered back to court on August 4. He has pled not guilty to both charges.

If convicted he faces up to ten years in prison.

Over the weekend images of Nahla happily playing with Halle's boyfriend Olivier Martinez surfaced.

The little girl looked to be delighted to be playing with Olivier, who has been in a relationship with Halle for nearly a year and dated celebrities in the past including Kylie Minogue.

Meanwhile, Halle's ex-husband Eric Bent got married over the weekend to pop star Prince's ex-wife Manuela Testolini. (C) Cover Media
