Huma Qureshi's award winning roles

The very versatile and talented B-Town actress Huma Qureshi turns 29 today. The actress who started her bollywood career with the film 'Gangs Of Wasseypur', proved her acting prowess time and again.

The immensely talented actress has already carved a niche for herself in Bollywood in a very short span of time. She has experimented with a variety of roles in films like Gangs Of Wasseypur, Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana, Ek Thi Daayan, D-Day, Dedh Ishqiya and Badlapur.

In 'Gangs Of Wasseypur' Huma played the character of Mohsina, the love interest of Faizal Khan, played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui and her role in the film was lauded by all and also won her the BIG Star Entertainment Award in the Most Entertaining Actor (Film) Debut—Female category.

Following this, in 'Gangs Of Wasseypur 2' she played the role of Mohsina again and here too she won two awards, South African Film and Television Award in the Debut Actor of the Year—Female category and South Asian Rising Star Film Award in the Best Supporting Actress category.

Further, Huma also won a Stardust Award for her role in the film 'Ek Thi Daayan' starring Emraan Hashmi and an award for her role in the film 'Shorts' at the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles in the Special Mention category.
