(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jake Gyllenhaal has joked Natalie Portmans child will need therapy after watching her new movie.

Natalie recently announced she is pregnant with her first child and is engaged to Benjamin Millepied. Jake and Natalie briefly dated in 2006 and the Hollywood hunk was asked to point out some flaws about the seemingly perfect actress. Jake has teased her meat-free diet proved a problem during their short-lived romance and he also claims her role in new drama Black Swan for which she is tipped to receive an Oscar nomination could also distress her unborn child one day.

"She's a vegan, which makes it really frustrating when you're picking a place to eat," Jake laughed, before awarding Natalie with the Desert Palm Achievement Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival over the weekend. "She's also recently announced that she's going to be a mom, and her child will probably need therapy after seeing Black Swan."

Jake was quick to insist Natalie was a fantastic person to date and he enjoyed their time together. He was full of praise for the 29-year-old star, revealing she is highly intelligent and talented as well as being beautiful.
