Julianne Hough "couldn't stop laughing for 20 minutes" when a "sexy" scene with Tom Cruise took a disastrous turn.

The actress stars as aspiring singer Sherrie Christian in the musical movie Rock of Ages, while Tom plays rock god Stacee Jaxx. The pair have a number of scenes together, and Julianne has recalled one particularly memorable mess-up.

"Actually, there is a blooper reel. It'll be on the DVD, I'm sure," she confirmed to Hollywood Crush. "I was doing this pretty sexy scene with Tom, and I had a three-quarter-piece wig on. And I'm dancing, and I'm being really sexy and singing and whipping my hair aroundand all of a sudden, it just flies off and goes right into the camera.

"We couldn't stop laughing for 20 minutes."

Julianne has previously gushed about the Hollywood hunk.

"You have no idea how hot Tom is. There is this one number where he sings Pour Some Sugar and Def Leppard were in there [the studio] and we were all watching just thinking about it now gives me chills because he is so ridiculously hot. I couldn't believe it was Tom Cruise, he looks like Anthony Kiedis," she previously explained.
