(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ke$ha is inspired by Rihanna because she is so “graceful and bada*s”.
The pop newcomer is currently supporting Rihanna on her Last Girl on Earth Tour, and they have become good friends. Ke$ha loves watching the star on stage because she seems so at home there, and scours her performances for tips.
“I don't know what she would be learning from me, aside from how to look like a maniac, but I definitely learned a lot from her,” she explained. “I've only been performing pop music for under a year, so I'm relatively new to the arena thing. It's terrifying, so I really do, every night, watch her, and she's so graceful and so sweet and so bada*s.
“I saw her yesterday, and she spanked me - always keeping me on my toes. She's the sickest.”
Ke$ha added supporting Rihanna has made her feel like her career is finally a success. She would love to work on a track with the singer, although they haven’t teamed up on anything yet.
“I would love to. I mean, it's kind of been tossed around,” she told MTV News. “There's not really much time that we've spent writing and stuff on this tour, because it's been so crazy, but it's definitely an idea I'm not opposed to.”
Rihanna is not the only artist Ke$ha would love to collaborate with. Some of her favourite singers are more old school, and she says it would be a dream come true to lay down vocals with Prince, Sir Mick Jagger or David Bowie. (C) Cover Media
