Kannada filmstar Yash has left us intrigued with his outstanding performance in KGF official trailer, a gangster drama from the late '70s where a kid is raised on the streets of Bombay.
The makers have dropped the second trailer of the film and it starts with the lead character's childhood when his mother wants him to die as a rich and powerful man. Since then Rocky aka Yash is on his own exploring this ruthless world and we are taken to the political scenario of the conflict between Russia and the US, due to which gold price rises and so does the greed of the man.

The film is one of the most expensive works of the Kannada film industry. Helmed by Prashanth Neel of Ugramm-fame, the film also stars Ramya Krishna, Anant Nag and Achyuth Kumar. The first chapter of the two-part period drama has been in production for the last two years and is slated to release on 21st December.
Interestingly, Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment has taken up the distribution of the Hindi version of the film along with Anil Thadani, who owns AA Films. KGF marks the debut of Kannada actor Yash in Hindi cinema who plays the protagonist, Rocky. The film also stars Srinidhi Shetty in the female lead role. The film will also be dubbed into Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Chinese and Japanese.
