'Notebook' trailer is a visual treat

Salman Khan's next 'Notebook' presents two news faces to Bollywood, Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl. Mesmerising visuals in the trailer act as a getaway into this beautiful love story. Two individuals who have never met, end up falling in love via a notebook, hence the title. 

Pranutan portrays a school teacher who shares an emotional bond with her students. She has some unique and creative ways to connect with her student making it interesting for the viewers, however has to quit the job. Replacing her comes in Zaheer who eagerly wants to know about her. That's when the story unfolds in bits and pieces in the trailer. 

One can hear rendition of famous Kashmiri folk song 'Bhumbroo' where Zaheer is seen performing on the hook step with the kids in the background.

Film is directed by Nitin Kakkar, who won a National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi for 'Filmistaan'. 

Pranutan is granddaughter and daughter of Nutan and Mohnish Bahl. 'Notebook' releases on March 29. The day also marks the death anniversary of legendary actress Nutan who passed away on 21st February, 1991
