Rana Daggubati's award from Kala Sudha Academy

5th April 2011
Rana Daggubati received an award from the Kala Sudha Academy for the film 'Leader'. Rana Daggubati made his debut as an actor with the film 'Leader', which received a good response from the audience as well as movie buffs. Rana Daggubati is happy as his first film itself has received such a response and now he has also received an award for the film.

He is hitting the screens with his second flick 'Nenu Naa Raakshasi', pairing up with Tollywood's slender beauty Ileana. Puri has crafted Rana's role in a new, rough look. While Sekhar Kammula has shown this 'Leader' in a soft role, Puri has shown him in the role of a professional killer with hard looks.

This action-packed love story, produced by Nallamalapu Bujji, under the SriLakshmi Narasimha Productions banner, is shot lavishly in Europe, Bangkok and Thailand.
