Recently singer Remo Fernandes was booked Goa state police for verbally abusing a 17 year old girl who was allegedly hit by the singer's son Johan's car.

Remo had filed an anticipatory bail plea and the plea will be heard by the Goa children's court tomorrow 5th January 2016.

A complaint was filed by social activist Aires Rodrigues against the 62 year old singer for verbally abusing the girl after she was hospitalised following the accident and the activist had also filed an intervention petition before the court in the anticipatory bail plea, which was allowed by the judge.

However, Remo has claimed in his bail plea that he is innocent and that he is being falsely framed in the case.
