(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ryan Phillippe has been seen for the first time with his pregnant ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp.

The 36-year-old actor was pictured in Los Angeles earlier this week picking up cold beverages at a coffee shop with Alexis, before heading to a doctor's appointment with her.

After the medical visit, Ryan dropped the 21-year-old mother-to-be at her home.

Alexis announced to friends earlier this year that she was pregnant with the actor's baby, according to Us Weekly, but acknowledged that the pair's relationship had ended in September 2010.

Ryan is said to be unsure if he is the biological father but will continue to be supportive if he is proven to be after the baby is born.

"He doesn't know if he's the father," an insider told Us Weekly. "If it's his, he'll take responsibility."

The Lincoln Lawyer star already has two kids 11-year-old daughter Ava and a son, Deacon, who is seven with his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon.

He has previously dated Hollywood actresses Abbie Cornish and Amanda Seyfried. (C) Cover Media
