Young superstar Silambarasan is riding high on the success of his recent release 'Vaanam'. The film made a bigger show and exceeded everyone's expectations. The film is receiving rave reviews and word of mouth publicity has been drawing more crowds to the theatres. The film is directed by Krish and is produced by VTV Productions in collaboration with Magic Box Pictures and Cloud Nine Movies Dayanidhi Azhagiri has released the film.

The film had faced some problems on its release as the theatre owners couldn't afford to move 'Ko' to smaller screens. Instead, they settled the issue amicably by releasing 'Vaanam' in multiplexes.

'Vaanam' has musical score by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Nirav Shah.
