The actress is renowned for her love of jeans, and recently owned up to having over 100 pairs. That hasnt stopped her adding to her collection though, as she was recently spotted purchasing several pairs in a single shopping trip.

She needed jeans! Vanessa Hudgens chatted up denim designer Chip Foster and celebrated the launch of his new line, Pray for Mother Nature, at Planet Blue boutique in Venice, Calif, reports People magazine. The actress also loaded up on new denim, including a pair of Jesse Spano's flare jeans and a pair of jeggings.

Vanessa was seen laughing and joking at the store, and spent a long time perusing the different denim on offer.

Earlier this year, she admitted jeans are her go-to item when she isnt sure what to wear. Vanessa thinks the right pair can transform your figure, saying its worth taking time to find ones which suit you.

Denim goes with anything. And if your jeans hug you the right way, you feel like a sexpot, she said. And they get better with age! My favourites are my J Brand 10-inch skinny leg. They are cropped, but because I'm so short, they fit me perfectly!" (C) Cover Media
