Bollywood's National Award Winner Vidya Balan has pulled off some of the most difficult roles right through the inception of her career.
From playing a psychologically affected woman in 'Bhool Bhulaiyya', a single mother in 'Paa', a troubled sister in 'No one killed Jessica', a sex siren in 'The Dirty Picture' to a smart agent in 'Kahaani', she has been there and done that.
However, it seems that she is so used to doing unconventional roles, that a simple role is giving her jitters.
The actress who will next be seen in a romantic-comedy 'Ghanchakkar' opposite Emraan Hashmi is nervous for her tryst with the genre.
Though she has been a part of comedies like 'Lage Raho Munnabhai' and 'Hey Babyy' before, a rom-com is one genre that she hasn't tried before.
In this film, she will not only be a part of the comedy, but will attempt to evoke laughter from audiences through her antics as well. And this is making her nervous. "I am nervous about the film because it is my first comedy," said Vidya.
Directed by Rajkumar Gupta of 'No One Killed Jessica' fame, the film has Vidya and Emraan playing husband and wife.
