Actress Asin has apparently responded to Soundarya Rajinikanth, saying that she is not averse to doing the animation film 'Kochadaiyaan' with the superstar.

The latest buzz in Kollywood is that Soundarya the producer and director of 'Kochadaiyaan' would prefer a south Indian actress to be paired opposite her father. She had approached Asin as she thought ,Asin and superstar Rajinikanth would make a good leading pair.

Asin as of now is not busy with Bollywood projects as she has just two films- 'Housefull 2' and 'Bol Bachchan'. 

Recently at an event Asin commented, “ You will have to ask the producer of the film , I can’t comment about it now. I would love to work with Rajinikanth and if a good project comes by, I’ll take it up. ”

It clearly means negotiations are in the final stages between Asin and Soundarya Rajinikanth. The shooting of the 'Kochaidayaan'  is slated to begin by the end of January 2012.
