Astha Chemma fame actor Nani is all set to act in a Tamil movie titled 'Veppam'. The film is being produced by ace filmmaker Gowtham Menon. Anjana Ali Khan, who worked as an assistant to Gowtham Menon is making her debut as a director with the film. Veppam is said to be based on the background of Chennai slums. It will also have Karthik Kumar in another lead role. Two Beautiful actresses Nithya Menon and Bindu Madhavi are the leading ladies of the film. Joshua Sridhar has composed the music for the film. Recently, the film audio was released by Suhasini Mani Ratnam. Based on the brand image of Gautham Menon in Tollywood, filmmakers are also planning to dub this film into Telugu. Meanwhile, Nani's Ala Modalaindhi with Nithya Menon is slated for release on 21st January. Also, he is working under the direction of sensational director S S Rajamouli in 'Eega' with Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
