Blake Lively has been granted a restraining order against an obsessed fan.

The Gossip Girl star claims that Sergei Mifle was hanging around the New York set of her hit television show and making a nuisance of himself.

TMZ reports that Mifle declared that he had a "metaphysical" connection with the blonde beauty and was trying to get close to her to "help me heal."

Mifle also allegedly tried to contact Blake's mother Elaine saying he was "deeply concerned" about Blake and that she was troubled and needed his help.

The actress, who is currently dating Ryan Reynolds, told the court in her declaration that she was scared for her own safety as well as that of her mother.

The restraining order means that Mifle cannot go anywhere near Blake or her mother.
