(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Eli Roth thinks he is too hairy to get a tattoo.

The 38-year-old filmmaker is currently dating British socialite Peaches Geldof, who is covered in inkings. Eli admires her body art, but says he has far too much fur to get any of his own.

I have no tattoos. Theres nothing Ive ever been into enough to get a tattoo of it. If I got tattoos of everything I was into, Id have a giant Darth Vader, a Van Halen VH, a trucker hat and an Iron Maiden Eddie all covering my body, he joked.

Then again, I have too much fur. If you have as much body hair as I do, you dont really need tattoos theres not much room left.

Eli, who is famous for his gory horror films including Hostel, Cabin Fever and The Last Exorcism, also revealed his secret talent. He says he is so good at impersonating fellow filmmaker David Lynch, he is often mistaken for him, something he describes as dangerous.

I do a David Lynch impression, but Im not allowed to do it because David told me not to. I dont care how many David Lynch impressionists there are, mine is actually terrifyingly real, Eli told Empire magazine.

People mistake me for him on the telephone and its dangerous. Its more David Lynch than David Lynch. In fact, its so David Lynch that I was asked to do the commentary on the Twin Peaks: Fire Walk Walk With Me DVD. He was like, Eli! You are not doing that! (C) Cover Media
